Membership Competition

1. Organizer
   Essential Body Spa & Beauty Lounge, Komplek Pertokoan Kuta Galeria, Jl. Patih Jelantik BW2 No. 2, Kuta, Bali, Indonesia.
   
2. Promotion Period
   Entries open 00:00 WITA on 15 September 2025 and close 23:59 WITA on 15 December 2025. All Lucky Recipients will be announced by 17 December 2025.
   
3. Eligibility
   a. Open to individuals 18+ able to attend in‑person services at Essential Body Spa & Beauty Lounge (Kuta, Bali).
   b. Employees, contractors and immediate family of the Organizer are not eligible.
   c. Proof of age, identity or residence may be requested; failure to provide acceptable proof may result in disqualification.
   
4. How to Enter
   a. Complete all required fields on the online entry form: Full Name, WhatsApp, Email, Date of Birth, Nationality, City of Residence.
   b. Tick the confirmation box and click “ENTER NOW.”
   c. Confirm via the verification email link. Only verified entries are valid.
   d. No purchase necessary.
   
5. Membership Distribution
   a. Unlimited Membership (1 Lucky Recipient): 12 months Unlimited Essential use for the recipient + one (1) immediate family member (wife, mother, father or sister residing at the same address). Includes up to 96 appointments (eight 90‑minute personalized treatments/month for 12 months) and a 25% discount on all Body Spa & Beauty Lounge treatments for the membership term.
   b. Essential Blue Card (First 100 Entrants): Each of the first 100 valid entrants receives an Essential Blue Card (10% off treatments + priority booking + selected free treatments). Benefits apply from issuance.
   c. All memberships are non‑transferable and have no cash value. Organizer may substitute a membership of equal or greater value.
   
6. Notification & Claiming
   a. Unlimited Membership recipients will be notified via email/WhatsApp by 17 December 2025. Blue Card recipients are notified on a rolling basis within 72 hours of valid entry.
   b. Recipients must accept within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond or verify within 14 days may forfeit the prize.
   c. To claim the Unlimited Membership the recipient must:
   1. 1. Present valid photo ID;
      2. Sign the Organizer’s standard membership agreement; and
      3. Provide any additional requested documentation.
         
7. Activation & Validity
   a. Unlimited Membership must be activated (agreement signed, verification complete) within 90 days of notification unless otherwise agreed.
   b. Membership term: 12 months from activation. Unused appointments/credits are subject to policy and not exchangeable for cash.
   c. Blue Card benefits apply from issuance for the period determined by the Organizer.
   
   
8. Booking Rules & Availability
   a. Appointments are subject to availability and require advance scheduling. Priority booking varies by tier.
   b. Standard bookings may be available with 24‑hour notice. Specialist treatments may require longer lead times.
   c. Membership and Blue Card discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted.
   
   
9. Health & Suitability
   a. Some treatments may be unsuitable; medical clearance may be required.
   b. Recipients must disclose relevant health conditions. Organizer may refuse treatment for safety reasons.
   
   
10. Brand Ambassador & Publicity
    a. The Unlimited Membership recipient will be invited to act as a Brand Ambassador for Essential Body Spa & Beauty Lounge. As Brand Ambassador the recipient is expected to reasonably participate in promotional activities during the membership term, including but not limited to: on‑site photographs, short video clips, and providing brief testimonials during selected visits.
    b. Organizer will provide advance notice of promotional activities and will schedule them at mutually convenient times. Organizer will respect reasonable requests to limit publicity.
    c. By accepting the prize, the recipient grants the Organizer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use their name, image, voice, testimonials and recorded material for marketing, membership card promotion and promotional campaigns without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If the recipient reasonably objects to specific uses, they should notify the Organizer in writing.
    d. Refusal to participate in optional promotional activities will not, by itself, result in forfeiture of the Unlimited Membership, but failure to comply with any mutually agreed ambassador obligations may affect ambassador privileges at the Organizer’s discretion.
    
    
11. Privacy & Data Usage
    Personal information is collected to administer the promotion and contact recipients. By entering, participants opt‑in to marketing communications from Essential Body Spa & Beauty Lounge only. Data will not be shared externally. Participants may unsubscribe anytime.
    
    
12. Liability & Indemnity
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from participation or membership use. Entrants release the Organizer and its agents from liability associated with the promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
    
    
13. General Conditions
    a. No purchase necessary.
    b. Organizers may cancel, suspend or modify the promotion or T&Cs at any time.
    c. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
