At Essential Body Spa & Beauty, your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are at the heart of every experience. Please take a moment to review the following important information before your treatment.
All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are exclusive of 11% government tax.
All Body treatments include a refreshing pre- or post-treatment shower using our signature Essential Body Products, followed by your choice of herbal infusion, or traditional breakfast tea—designed to soothe and complete your experience.
We are committed to maintaining the highest hygiene protocols for every guest:
- All tools and equipment are sanitized before and after each treatment
- Hands are thoroughly washed before and after each session
We welcome walk-in appointments and on-call body and beauty treatements (at your home, villa, or hotel), two hours before your requested time. While we do our best to accommodate your therapist preference, we kindly note that specific therapist requests cannot always be guaranteed.
If you have any medical conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities, please inform your therapist before your session begins so we can tailor your experience accordingly.
If receiving a treatment at your accommodation, please confirm with your villa or hotel front desk that our therapist may enter the premises. If access is denied upon arrival, a minimum one-hour charge will apply to cover the therapist’s time and transportation.
